It is a program that gives the cardholder one (1) or (2) point depending on the card type for every EGP 100 spent on purchase transactions all over the world in the countries where KFH’s cardholder can use these points to receive many benefits and privileges anywhere.
* By using this program, you can win points from any Kuwait Finance House Bank – Egypt cards (debit cards/prepaid cards and credit cards)
* By using this program, you can also use any of the card types that increase the accumulated KFH rewards for the same cardholder.
*KFH rewards can be redeemed at several merchants, both locally and internationally
One or two points for every EGP 100, depending on the type of card
Direct debit cards, credit cards, and prepaid cards issued by Kuwait Finance House Bank – Egypt except for Meeza prepaid cards
Pearl points can be redeemed for any of the following options: –
* Purchase from any merchant of your choice whether local or international.
*Possibility of settling card renewal fees.
* Adding cash amounts to the card balance and withdrawing through ATMs
The cardholder is automatically enrolled in the program immediately after
the card is issued.
Yes, but provided that these cards are owned by the same cardholder.
Two years from the date of winning points
* By calling the Kuwait Finance House Bank – Egypt call center from inside Egypt on 19072 or +(202) 21229500 from outside Egypt
* Or through the KFH rewards statement sent to the cardholder’s email address on a monthly basis.
Yes, all points are canceled when the card is canceled
Yes, supplementary cards within the KFH rewards program are added automatically, and points are added to the primary card as well.
No, points cannot be replaced after the redemption process.
Terms & Conditions
*Redeemed KFH rewards may not be refunded, exchanged, replaced, re-redeemed or converted for cash or other rewards or points under any circumstances. In addition, any points cannot be transferred back to the cardholder’s program account in the event of redemption.
* The Cardholder is solely responsible for any travel, accommodations or additional arrangements in connection with any Reward.
* KFH rewards vouchers may not be associated with any other promotions from any participating merchant.
* KFH rewards are not valid for previous purchases, and cannot be used as payment for existing account balances at participating merchants.
* The accumulated KFH rewards will be forfeited immediately if the card is cancelled.
*All KFH rewards are not subject to the ownership of the Cardholder and are not transferable by application of law or other action to any person or entity. Likewise, KFH rewards cannot be transferred to any other program account
