How to subscribe:

• Please contact the nearest branch to fill in the subscription form and to register

• Self-register though Website or Mobile Banking.

• Contact the Call Center to activate the service

• For high-risk transactions, please download the soft token application on your smartphone

How to activate the Token online?

1. After successful registration to Online Banking Service
2. Login and insert your Username and Password
3. To go through the Online Token Activation Steps;
4. Please make sure that you have downloaded the Kuwait Finance House Bank Egypt Token Application,
5. Please Click Accept on the Disclaimer
6. You will receive an SMS with “OTP” to your registered Mobile number, enter the OTP then click “Next”
7. Then scan the QR code from the Token Application with your mobile Camera then click “NEXT”
8. Please don’t click next before the bind process completion on your Token App
9. Your Token will be successfully active and now you can perform your Online/Mobile Banking transactions

In case of Lost/Stolen or Device change
Click on “Secure Key Setup” then click “Next” and same steps followed in Token Activation will be followed.
